The 160 m² holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, fireplace, cable TV, cot and high chair (both available on request). The spacious private outdoor area offers covered and open terraces with seating, ideal for starting your day with coffee in the sun or enjoying evening barbecues. The pool area, surrounded by trees and greenery, invites you to take a refreshing dip or relax on the sun loungers. From the outdoor spaces, you can enjoy views of the bay and the surrounding hills and mountains. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive (2 km) away in Arico Viejo, and a pharmacy is 15 minutes away by car (4.5 km). The nearest sandy beaches with crystal-clear water are in Porís de Abona, 8.5 km or 14 minutes by car from the house. A golf course is 26 minutes away (31 km), the popular Siam amusement park can be reached in 35 minutes (43 km), and the area also offers many scenic hiking and cycling routes.
